Ten listed subsidiaries to participate; five companies, including HLB and HLB Therapeutics, to present business updates.
Key development schedules, including re-application for liver cancer drug approval and Phase 3 trials for RGN-259, to be shared.
HLB Group is set to unveil its group-wide growth strategy following its landmark achievement of securing its first-ever U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) drug approval. Investors are expected to focus on the progress of the company’s liver cancer treatment and the clinical development milestones of its major subsidiaries during the upcoming investor relations (IR) session.
On the 12th, HLB Group announced that it will hold the "2026 HLB Group IR Day" for institutional investors and analysts in Yeouido, Seoul, on the 15th at 3:00 PM.
This event, the second of its kind this year following the inaugural session in April, will feature all 10 of the group’s listed subsidiaries. Five key companies—HLB, HLB Innovation, HLB Therapeutics, HLB Panagene, and HLB Genex—will present their primary business results and mid-to-long-term strategies. The presentations will be followed by a joint Q&A session involving all 10 listed entities.
HLB is slated to discuss the achievements of its cholangiocarcinoma treatment, 'Rivfloza' (lirafugratinib), which recently received FDA approval, as well as the current status of the regulatory submission process for its liver cancer combination therapy featuring rivoceranib and camrelizumab.
In particular, investors are highly focused on the liver cancer treatment, for which the company has already completed the re-submission of its Biologics License Application (BLA) to the FDA. Updates regarding the review timeline and commercialization preparations are expected to be the centerpiece of the discussion.
HLB Therapeutics will disclose the progress and commercialization strategy for its neurotrophic keratitis (NK) treatment, 'RGN-259,' currently in Phase 3 clinical trials in the U.S. With the results of the Phase 3 study imminent, market participants are watching closely to see how the company outlines its development timeline and subsequent action plans.
HLB Innovation will present its growth strategy for its existing semiconductor business alongside the development status of Verismo Therapeutics' next-generation CAR-T therapy. The company also plans to elaborate on business synergies with the recently acquired HLB Cell and its overall mid-to-long-term business direction.
HLB Panagene will announce its expansion strategy leveraging its PNA-AOC drug platform and AI-based spatial proteomics diagnostic technology. HLB Genex will share growth prospects for its specialty enzymes for the semiconductor and food industries, as well as its strategy for entering the new bio-materials sector.
Through this event, HLB Group aims to provide investors with direct insights into its subsidiaries' operational progress and plans to expand its engagement with the capital markets through regular, integrated IR sessions.
Lim Chang-yoon, Vice Chairman of the Investment Division at HLB Group, stated, "This IR Day serves as a platform to communicate the business achievements and future growth strategies of our core subsidiaries to our investors. We will continue to strengthen market communication and elevate the group's overall corporate value based on the performance of our key businesses."
