Comprehensive analysis of biological age, disease risk, and actual medical checkup results to establish personalized health management priorities
Service available starting the 29th via "Biz 36.5," an integrated health management platform for medical checkup centers and corporate wellness programs
Plans to introduce a "personalized lifestyle management program" by 2027 to extend post-checkup health interventions into daily life
Danaa Data has unveiled a new service that analyzes biological age, disease risks, and health checkup results in unison to prioritize personal health management and provide guidance through artificial intelligence (AI) counseling.
Danaa Data, a medical AI and big data subsidiary of the Daewoong Group led by CEO Lee Chang-jae, announced on the 29th that it has launched the "checkup-based integrated AI healthcare service," which merges its biological age analysis service "BIOAGE" with the checkup-focused counseling service "My Health AI Coach."
The service becomes available starting today through "Biz 36.5," an integrated health management platform tailored for medical checkup centers and corporate employee wellness programs. Users at affiliated checkup centers and corporate employees utilizing Biz 36.5 can check their biological age, disease risks, and medical examination results on mobile devices, while receiving tailored health management recommendations and AI-driven consultations.
A key feature of the new service is the seamless integration of previously standalone health risk analysis and AI counseling functions. By combining BIOAGE's biological age and major disease risk assessments with actual checkup metrics, abnormal findings, and comprehensive evaluations, the platform prioritizes areas requiring medical attention. The company explained that this reflects growing consumer demand to move beyond merely understanding checkup reports and continuously track actionable management methods suited to their individual health statuses.
BIOAGE analyzes health checkup indicators to calculate a biological age distinct from chronological age. Along with overall biological age, it provides functional ages across seven bodily systems—kidney, immune, cardiopulmonary, physical, vascular, joint, and metabolic—while illustrating the onset risks for conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, and cerebrovascular disease. The analysis is powered by proprietary technology developed using health checkup data from approximately 400,000 individuals.
“My Health AI Coach” is an interactive AI service that translates these analytical findings and abnormal checkup findings into accessible, easy-to-understand language. Leveraging health information vetted by medical professionals and content from the healthcare information platform "HiDoc," it suggests personalized management strategies. However, the company noted that the service does not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
For instance, a user assessed as having a high risk of developing diabetes can review both their disease risk score and current blood sugar levels through the AI Coach. By asking questions about their glycemic status and necessary dietary or exercise precautions, users receive tailored explanations and management guidelines rooted in their checkup results.
Danaa Data plans to introduce a "personalized lifestyle management program" in early 2027. This upcoming feature will deliver health information content alongside daily lifestyle execution missions, such as diet and exercise regimens, tailored to each individual's health status and management priorities. Through this expansion, the company aims to extend its risk analysis and consultation-centric services into everyday life, ensuring continuous health management leading up to the next medical checkup.
"This integrated service is significant because it goes beyond simply confirming health checkup results, directly connecting them to personalized health management," said Lee Chang-jae, CEO of Danaa Data. "Moving forward, we will expand into lifestyle implementation programs to support continuous health management from one medical checkup to the next."
